Important Guidance for Parents & Family Members
All phone contacts and visits must be pre-approved by the youth's assigned Juvenile Officer (JO). Please ensure you have a valid photo ID (e.g., Driver's License) upon arrival. Phone calls are conducted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

The Ozarks Regional Juvenile Detention Center (ORJDC) is a court-approved secure facility located in Mountain Grove, Missouri. We work closely with juvenile courts, officers, and families to maintain absolute safety while preserving the dignity and legal rights of every young person entrusted to our care.

Operating Standards (Rule 127.03)
In accordance with Missouri Supreme Court Rule 127.03, the ORJDC is rigorously maintained to fulfill five key operational requirements:

Full preservation and protection of every juvenile's constitutional and legal rights.
Zero Tolerance Commitment
Zero tolerance for sexual assault, abuse, or harassment by anyone. All staff are mandated reporters.
ORJDD Local School Wellness Policy
Yearly wellness policy promoting healthy lifestyles for youth in our care — nutrition, physical activity, and education standards under the National School Lunch Act, plus the triennial assessment notice.
