Print & Go
Identification & Arrival
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License or State ID)
- JO pre-approval confirmation for your visit
- Arrive ~5 minutes early for security scanning
Dress Code
- Modest, appropriate attire
- Shoes and shirt required at all times
- No hats, caps, sunglasses, or hoods (remove before entry)
- No gang, drug, profanity, or violent graphics
Leave Locked in Your Vehicle (Prohibited)
- Cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, cameras
- Purses, backpacks, bags
- Weapons, pocket knives, firearms
- Tobacco, vapes, matches, alcohol, illegal substances
- Outside food, drinks, snacks, candy
- Car keys — checked in with staff at the front desk
Minor Visitors
- Under 17 must be accompanied by an approved adult guardian at all times
- Children under 10 must not be left unattended anywhere on grounds
Schedule & Timing
- Visit days: Mon, Wed, Sun — 1 hour max (split for separated families)
- Phone calls: Tue, Thu, Sat, 7 AM–9 PM (max 2 calls, 15 min each)
